HOW QUICKLY WILL MY TOUR BE ONLINE?
Virtual Tours are typically processed within 24-hours of being photographed.
DO YOU HAVE A SUPRA KEY?
No we do not. Either the listing agent can met us and let us in, or the homeowner can let me in or a lock Box or key can be left/hidden for me.
DO YOU WORK WITH HOMEOWNER DIRECTLY OR AGENTS?
We will work with Realtors, Home owners, Vacation property management, and Builders anyone in need of professional photography.
DO YOU HAVE ANY ADVISE FOR GETTING OUR HOUSE READY?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE THE PHOTOGRAPHER TO COMPLETE THE PHOTO SHOOT?
It typically will take about 30 minutes - 1 hour to shoot an average sized residential property. The time will vary depending on the size of the home. The home should be ready to shoot as soon as the photographer arrives.
WILL I OWN THE COPYRIGHTS TO THE IMAGES ?
No. Under current copyright laws, the copyright of any photography remains with the photographer unless specifically agreed upon. BFFotos LLC retains all rights to photos taken of properties. We license the use of the images to the listing agent of the property at the time the photo is taken. The license of use is extended to the agent for the amount of time that the property is for sale. Photographs taken by BFFotos LLC are not to be used for any purpose other than the marketing of the property listing. CAN I SELL MY PHOTOS TO THE NEW AGENT? No. The images are BFFotos Real Estate Photos 360. The new agent can buy them from BFFotos
